Winemaker and Vineyard Manager, Wes Hagen, will join us to discuss his cool climate, small production Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines from the Santa Rita Hills of Lompoc. This is a special treat as these wines are available only from the winery.

AVANT Kitchen offers intimate classes to showcase the yummy things we’re passionate about – food that’s fresh, kitchen-centric mixology and a great glass of wine.  The demonstration kitchen seats up to 12 and allows the Chef to personally prepare items for you and your guests.
