At Avant, enjoy a carefully selected 3-course menu which includes Chilled Northwest Oysters, Avant Winter Salad, Pan Roasted Branzino, 48-Hour Vintage Short Rib and Spaghetti Squash Cannelloni. Seating is at 5pm and costs $65 per person. Looking fora more traditional dinner? Try the 3-course menu at Veranda Fireside Lounge & Restaurant. Menu choices include Creamy She Crab Bisque, Wild Arugula & Poached Pear Salad, Grilled Filet Mignon, Pan Seared Alaskan Salmon and Jumbo Prawn Risotto. Seating is at 5pm and costs $55 per person.
