Kim Liu, PHR – Human Resources Manager

Kim Liu has been with the Rancho Bernardo Inn Human Resources team since 2015. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the Cologne Business School, Germany, in Tourism Event & Hospitality Management and furthered her education by obtaining her MBA at California International Business University, San Diego. Kim recently obtained her 'Professional in Human Resources' certification. “I have held different positions within the hotel industry, hence I understand what our employees accomplish every day. This first-hand experience has helped me tremendously in being able to support our wonderful team at the RBI.”

Regional Benefits Manager

Dolores Boxell – Regional Benefits Manager 

Dolores Boxell has been with JC Resorts team since 2014.  She has worked in the Human Resources field since 2007 and specializes in large organizations providing leadership and support to senior management. Her broad experience includes benefits, 401K retirement plans, and third party administration with cobra and flexible spending accounts.  Prior to joining the Human Resource team, Dolores worked as an Accountant since 1987.   She obtained her certificate in Human Resource Management at the University of California, San Diego.  “I consider my position as Regional Benefits Manager very exciting with all the new regulations and look forward to bringing JC Resorts into the new era and service the employees with excellent customer service assisting with their health plan’s needs”.
