The progressive Chef’s Tasting Menu transcends the ordinary, showcasing a variety of creative culinary techniques utilizing the world’s finest ingredients and seasonal produce from an on-site garden. 

The guest experience at AVANT is brought to a crescendo by sommelier Joe Baumgardner who has curated an award-winning wine cellar for the restaurant, and offers the perfect pairing for each course. AVANT’s glass-enclosed cellar offers a unique exploration into limited production wines from across the globe, as well as biodynamically farmed selections. AVANT’s cocktail program, created by mixologist Jason Sorge, serves up imaginative libations ranging from light to direct, all complemented by playful presentations and artistic touches. AVANT Restaurant is open for indoor and outdoor dining. Hours: Wednesday - Saturday, 4pm-10pm.

Valet Parking is available for guests with validated reservation for $4.00
