To preserve a tranquil, unhurried spa experience, our pricing reflects real‑time demand and availability. This approach allows us to thoughtfully manage guest flow, ensure access to preferred providers, and maintain the high‑touch service and serenity our guests expect.We encourage booking 14 days in advance to secure our foundational pricing and your preferred appointment time. Pricing for your specific service will be confirmed at the time of booking based on availability.
Reservations may be made by calling 858-675-8471 or booking online. The Spa at Rancho Bernardo Inn is open to resort guests, members, and the public.
To ensure preferred availability and access to foundational pricing, we recommend scheduling services at least 14 days in advance. Same-day bookings and walk-in appointments are welcome based on availability.
Please inform us of any health conditions or pregnancy at the time of booking so we may guide you toward the most appropriate treatments.
All appointments must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Prices and services are subject to change.

Service prices are listed as “Starting From”, with final pricing confirmed at the time of booking based on your selected date and time. Guests who book 14 days or more in advance are rewarded with our most competitive rates and the greatest selection of preferred providers and appointment times.
All pricing is transparently displayed prior to booking confirmation.
THERAPIST PREFERENCE
We are happy to accommodate requests for a male or female therapist. Please make your preference known at the time of booking, as changes may not be possible upon arrival.
SERVICES DURING PREGNANCY
Your comfort and safety are very important to us. We are pleased to offer select spa services for guests who are in their second trimester or beyond, pending completion of a brief consultation.
Please notify our Spa Reservations team at the time of booking if you are pregnant so we may recommend appropriate services and ensure necessary modifications are made. Certain treatments may not be recommended during pregnancy, and our team is always happy to assist in selecting a nurturing and supportive experience.
SPA ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
The spa is a short walk from the parking lot, located on the lower campus of the resort. Valet parking is available for spa guests at a special rate of $4, and our valet team is happy to assist with transportation to the spa.
We invite you to arrive 20–30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in, change into your robe and sandals, and begin your relaxation journey with steam or a soak in the whirlpool.
Guests attending as part of a group are encouraged to arrive one hour prior to scheduled services.
LATE ARRIVALS
Arriving late will shorten your treatment time to ensure the next guest’s experience is not delayed. The full treatment fee will still apply.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to another guest.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. This fee may be waived if we are able to re-sell the reserved appointment time.
Specific cancellation policies apply to group bookings and will be provided by your spa coordinator at the time of booking.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
To maintain our serene atmosphere, the spa is a sanctuary for guests 18 years of age and older.

Upon arrival, guests are escorted to our locker rooms and provided with a plush robe and sandals. Spa amenities available on the day of your scheduled treatment include:

The Fitness Center is also available for spa guests on the day of their treatment.
DAY PASSES
To maintain a peaceful environment for spa guests with confirmed reservations, a limited number of day passes are available Monday through Thursday only. Friday through Sunday, spa amenities are reserved exclusively for guests with scheduled treatments.
CELL PHONES & TRANQUILITY
The Spa at Rancho Bernardo Inn offers a rare opportunity to unplug and reconnect. To preserve a calm, restorative atmosphere, we kindly ask that all cell phones and electronic devices be silenced and conversations kept soft throughout the spa.
SPA POOL & CABANAS
The spa pool is open daily from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM for spa guests on the day of their scheduled treatment. Pool bar hours may vary seasonally.
Spa pool cabanas are available for reservation and may be enjoyed by spa guests only. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the spa pool or cabanas.
SPA ATTIRE & COMFORT
Swimming attire is required in all co-ed pools and communal areas. Our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times. Please feel free to communicate your comfort level or preferences with your therapist.
VALUABLES
For your peace of mind, we recommend leaving jewelry and other valuables at home, as we cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced items. Please remove all jewelry prior to your service.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the service price and are left to your discretion, based on your satisfaction with the service.
