THE SPA AT RANCHO BERNARDO INN

At Rancho Bernardo, our spa was designed as an escapist retreat. Inspired by San Diego’s laidback lifestyle and lush landscape, it’s easy to slip into vacation mode when it feels like the country. Tucked into 265 acres in North County, and hidden from view amongst the property’s verdant gardens and stately trees, there’s an end-of-the-earth feel.
A luxurious ease unfolds throughout: Indoor-outdoor casitas are warmed over with wood; open-air walkways connect the indoor treatment rooms while water features provide the soundtrack. Only spa guests have access to the stylish saline pool with private cabanas. Here, you can safely stretch out, enjoy a refreshing swim or soak up the tranquil environment scented with jasmine.
With no marine layer to burn off, we are one of San Diego’s greatest hidden spa treasures.
The Spa at Rancho Bernardo Inn is open daily from 9am-7pm and the Spa Pool open daily from 9am-5pm. With new guidelines in place, kindly note that prior reservations are required for all treatments to ensure proper safety precautions are met.
- Only 50 minute services are offered at this time
- Masks are optional for fully vaccinated guests
- Lockers and changing areas are available for use
- Indoor steam room and Jacuzzi are temporarily closed. Shower facilities now available
- No sandals will be available. Robes now available

Day passes for the Spa pool are available Monday - Thursday for $65 (based on availability).
Full and Half Day Cabana rentals are available for Spa guests (Half Day: 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm, $100 / Full Day: 9am-5pm, $155 full day)

A Spa Wellness Fee will be added to all spa treatments to cover the additional costs incurred to provide a safe and clean facility. 50 minute massages, facials and body treatments are subject to an $8.00 fee. Manicure’s and pedicure’s are subject to a $4.00 fee.
The Spa Pool is reserved exclusively for guests having spa treatments.
