How do i get to rancho bernardo inn?
From LAX (~2 hours)
Take 405 South to the 5 South to Oceanside. Take Route 78 East to Interstate 15 South at Escondido. Take the Pomerado Road exit and make a slight right on to Pomerado Road. Turn right at Greens East Road. Follow Signs from there.
From San Diego Airport/Downtown (~35 minutes)
Take Harbor Drive South (toward downtown) and turn left at Grape Street. Go east to the top of the hill then take Interstate 5 South. Stay in the right lane and follow 163 North toward Escondido. Take the Rancho Bernardo Road exit east to Pomerado Road (5th light). Turn left at Pomerado Road. Turn left at Greens East Road (1st light). Follow signs from there.

What do i do if i require early check-in or late check-out?
You may request early check-in and/or late check-out by calling the front desk. However, we cannot guarantee that the room will be available before 4 p.m. until the day of check-in. If your room is unavailable when you would like to check-in, you may pre-check-in with the front desk and start enjoying the property while we hold your luggage. For late check-out, please call the front desk the day of check out.
Please note, we currently have special protocols in place for arrivals and departures to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.

A $40 daily resort fee is applied to each hotel reservation and includes amenities and services designed to enhance your experience at Rancho Bernardo Inn.

What are your parking options and fees?
A $40 overnight fee applies for self-parking and $48 overnight fee for valet parking.
We have four level 2 chargers, operated by EVCS. Guests must set up an account with EVCS and they pay EVCS directly for access to chargers. The chargers are located in our guest parking lot near the front entry, in front of the Greens building. Any guest with a Telsa must provide their own adapter in order to charge.
Do you offer shipping services?
Shipping services are available with shipping & handling fee of $5 per package.
What amenities are included with your rooms?
We are proud to offer a variety of in-room amenities under normal operating circumstances including those listed below. Some amenities may be temporarily suspended or provided on request only due to COVID-19 health and safety guidelines.

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?
Yes, we just ask that you inform us of your request when you book your room.
Is there an age requirement for the spa?
All spa guests are required to be at least 18 years of age.
Can i have a party in my room?
No, but as long as you're quiet and aren't bothering anyone, we probably won't notice.
Can i smoke in my room?
Rooms and suites are non-smoking. If there is evidence of the smoking of any substance in your non-smoking accommodation, you will incur a fee of $250. Please note that e-cigs, vapors, hookahs, marijuana, etc. fall under our non-smoking policy.
What are your room service hours?
Room service is available 7:30am-10pm, daily.
What is rancho bernardo inn’s cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, the standard policy requires cancellation 72 hours prior to your arrival date in order to avoid being charged the one night’s room and tax deposit taken at the time of booking. Special rates and/or packages might have a different cancellation policy. Please reference your confirmation email for specifics. One notable and common exception to the 72-hour prior cancellation policy is an Advance Purchase rate. Should you elect for this option when available, your credit card will be charged for the full stay and will be non-refundable.
How many rooms are required for a group block and who do i contact about this?

Does the resort offer entertainment?

What is your pet policy?
We know dogs are part of your family and we welcome those under 30 lbs. with a non-refundable $150 deep-cleaning fee. Learn more about our pet policy here.
Is laundry service available?
We offer laundry service. Please contact guest services for pricing and hours of operation if you do not find a form in your room.
Is outside photography and videography permitted?
Professional photography and videography is not permitted without prior written approval. Additional fees may be required. All wedding-related photography is exclusive to guests who have booked their celebration through our Sales & Events team.
